The food was fine, like I said, no real complaints there. But the tables were kinda messy, and the restroom didn’t feel super clean when we visited. Like I said, the food was okay, but the place could use a little more attention.

I stopped by Buca hoping for a nice, easy dinner, but the vibe felt off almost as soon as we walked in. The staff seemed cold, no real greeting or smile, just kind of rushed us along like they wanted us seated and out of the way.
We asked a basic question about the menu, and the answer was short and borderline rude. They also kept saying things like someone would “be right with us” or they’d “take care of it,” but it was all these vague promises that didn’t really mean anything because we still ended up waiting and feeling ignored.
The food was fine, nothing memorable, but the service ruined the whole night. I don’t expect everyone to be overly cheerful, but I also don’t want to feel like I’m bothering the staff just by being there. I probably wouldn’t go back

This place was easy enough to get to, and parking wasn’t too much of a hassle, which I always appreciate. It’s also nice that it’s close to other things, so it worked well for where we were. The food and service were fine, just nothing that really stood out to me. I usually trust my instinct with restaurants, and this felt like the kind of place I’d stop by again if I was already in the area, but probably wouldn’t go out of my way for.

Picked up my order and drove home, and somehow everything was still hot when I got there, so that’s always a good sign to me. I mean, if the food stays hot after the drive, it kind of feels like they did something right.

I was getting annoyed with how long we had to wait. Like, I was fully ready to complain. But then the food came out and... okay, never mind, I get it. It was really good and totally turned my mood around.

One person made it sound like they could help, then someone else basically said to just share my real manager experience instead. I get that honest feedback matters, but the inconsistent responses made the whole thing frustrating and confusing

I got takeout from here and it was a little disappointing. It wasn’t ready when they said it would be, and by the time I ate, the pasta was sort of lukewarm. The bread also seemed kind of old or just not very fresh. Portions were fine, I guess, but for the price it didn’t really feel worth it. Maybe it’s better if you eat there, but I’m not sure I’d do takeout again.

We were not prepared for the amount of food that showed up at our table. The pasta came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and the sauce was really nice without feeling too heavy. The portions were massive, like we entered a friendly battle with dinner and dinner definitely won. We ended up taking leftovers home, which is always a win. I’m giving 4 stars only because one dish was a bit too salty for my taste, but overall we still really enjoyed the meal.

Our server checked on us regularly, which I personally took as a sign they genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

I ordered delivery from dineatbuca.com last night, it went smoother than I thought it would. I don’t know why I expected some little issue with the website or the order, but the site was simple enough and everything went through without a problem.

Went to Buca for dinner and I was kind of expecting us to get stuck waiting forever, because that’s usually how it goes for me when a place is busy. But we actually got seated fast, and our drinks came out not long after, which was a nice change for once.

I ordered pasta and a salad, but the pasta came with the wrong sauce and the salad was missing completely. The receipt had everything listed correctly, so you’d think it would’ve been straightforward. I tried calling to get it sorted out, but nobody actually fixed anything. For what they charge, this is frustrating.
